Each week in 2018 I will post a free printable on my blog that you can print and use as many times as you want with your own family.

Making a goal and then a plan to achieve it is the best way to get something done. I was looking for ideas on Pinterest for how to improve our family’s eating habits, and I created this list from some of the ideas I found:

If your family is like mine, and achieving these goals won’t happen overnight, a weekly chart may work better for you. If you achieve a goal just one time in a week, celebrate, and then try for twice the next week. If you reach the goal for all 7 days in the week, you can set a new goal for the next week!
