Week 3 Free Printable: Lunch Box Checklist

Each week in 2018 I will post a free printable on my blog that you can print and use as many times as you want with your own family.

Try this lunch box checklist to help your kids pack their own healthy lunch. There are lots of great reasons to do this!

  • Learning independence. An important job for every parent is to teach their kids life skills that will help them take care of themselves. Click here to read more.
  • Learning about nutrition. Helping your kids develop healthy eating habits can be tricky. This visual representation is great for teaching kids about the food groups and helping them understand how to eat a balanced meal. Learn more.
  • You don’t have to do it for them! A little more time to finish that coffee would be great, right?

Your kids can pack a healthy lunch all by themselves with the Lunch Packing Checklist. You can choose the categories that make sense for your family, and customize the options to match your kids’ tastes and the contents of your refrigerator.

If this list isn’t exactly what you need, you can use The Trip Clip® website to make it just right for your family.

How old are your kids? Do they pack some or all of their lunch themselves? Tell me in the comments below!
