Over the years I’ve created 7 different picture checklists to help kids learn and practice some important self-care tasks. The lists include:
- How to wash your hands
- How to brush your teeth
- How to take a shower
- Steps for getting dressed (one geared more towards boys, one towards girls, though you can edit these to make them right for any child)
- How to blow your nose
- Potty training checklist
These picture checklists that help kids learn all of the steps of important personal care tasks have been very popular on The Trip Clip. Kids respond well to visual lists where they can see all the steps.
I decided to make a bundle of all of them that you can download and use for free on Teachers Pay Teachers.
You can also print any of these individual lists for free, or use The Trip Clip website to edit them as needed, on The Trip Clip’s personal care page.
These lists are great for all kids: young kids, teenagers who need reminders, and kids with special needs. Give them a try, and let me know if there are other lists like this that you’d like to have to use with your kids!
